With nearly 25 years of experience in Learning and Development, Nick brings a unique blend of technical digital learning expertise and commercial skills training. His deep-rooted understanding of the automotive industry stems from a decade at British Car Auctions (BCA) UK, where he played a pivotal role in developing training solutions within the wholesale and remarketing sector. Before that, Nick worked with the Marshall Motor Group, gaining hands-on experience in the dealer network. Earlier in his career, he was on the frontline as a sales executive in automotive retail. This breadth of experience gives Nick an exceptional perspective on the entire automotive ecosystem, from dealership operations to the broader market dynamics. Nick’s passion for learning is truly contagious. His people-centred approach shines through in the strong partnerships he builds with clients, ensuring that learning solutions are engaging and drive real business impact.
